The Career Collective Project brings together business, community organisations, education institutions, not-for-profits, and government to help young people make a stronger transition from school into further education, employment, and sustainable, satisfying careers.

Founded in 2026 as an initiative of the Hargraves Institute, the first Career Collective Project solutions have completed beta trials and are now available to select partners to pilot.
